"I have been with Doug Steiner for over 15 years now I think. I have not been the best customer, but he and his employees have always been the best at their job! I have referred many friends over the years and they all are still with Doug Steiner and State Farm. So it’s not just me that likes their service. It’s everyone that I recommend, also loves their service. You can’t ask for better bunch of people and they make buying insurance an easy thing, especially in today’s market and the way Insurance has changed so much. . I can’t say enough about them. I highly recommend them."

"Having State Farm for over 40 years, i never gave much thought about the yearly check ins from them, nor my premiums. Not until the disaster happened. Never having had the need to file a claim, I was clueless. But thanks to my support from Doug Steiner and Kassidy, I am surviving. If you need to make a change for your house, cars and RVs, give them the opportunity."

My bundled plans helped me save some money on my premiums. I’ve recently been working with Sophia and she’s very warm, friendly and professional. I hope I don’t have to call them with a claim but if I do, the experience I’ve had so far is very assuring that the process of filing a claim will be easy as can be. Thank you!"

I receive a response within a reasonable amount of time. I have spoken to Doug about the policies I have, he’s provided me clear, good advice. I took some and am very glad I took the advice I did. I felt no pressure at all from him and I’m clearly understanding my position after speaking with him. I have no further questions or doubts Doug answered all my questions clearly and calmly."
